We are your 1 stop shop call. Our 24 hour number is monitored and routed to the appropriate person whatever the issue may be. If questions about rent, maintenance, move-in / move-out, whatever. We'll help you make one of our units your home.
We take pride in our units and work hard to ensure they are reliable. When you have a maintenance issue, call our 24 hr number and leave a short message. Our service manager will get in touch with you within the hour and schedule a call to come out.
We only work in small volume, single family homes / condos. We don't focus on volume so by default, we have more time to spend on your issues. We take pride in the quality of our units and make them something you would be proud to call your home.
